Today we’d like to introduce you to Jessica Ramirez.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Jessica. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I started as a Liquor Suppler in 2016. I worked for several companies to help build brand awareness in Dallas. After growing several brands in the last five years. I decided to lean into what I do best and work for myself. With Covid-19’s new updates and requirements for the hospitality industry, I started Behind the Brands to help fill a void in the industry that I saw taking place.
Has it been a smooth road?
Over the last five years, I have been able to learn, grow and did face challenges. However, it’s helped me along the way. I could write a book about building up brands by the bootstraps. It’s been a helpful learning experience to say the least.
Please tell us about Behind the Brands.
Behind the Brands allows companies access to my clients, creative marketing, customized brand building, activations, cocktail programs, contests, events, design and packaging. I’m most proud of my network and relationships that I have had the opportunity to grow. My out of the box marketing and PR skills is what sets me apart from others. I’m a one-stop-shop.
How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
HUGE CHANGES. There is a big shift change coming for food and beverage. Those who are able to help support the community, grow their brand and gain new customers will be around 5-10 years from now. I want to be a part of the solution. I would never have thought in my career I would see To-Go drinks in Texas! This is just the top of he Loch Ness Monster we have yet to discover for the future of Hospitality.
