Today we’d like to introduce you to Kyle Williams.
Kyle, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I’ve been in the Manufactured Housing Industry for 27 years. I spent my first 12 years in the Manufactured Housing Finance Business. I ran many departments with Green Tree Financial and the last two years as Regional VP for all of North Texas. I then moved on to the Manufactured Housing Community Business where I oversaw 80 Manufactured Housing Communities for the largest Real Estate Investment Trust Companies in the industry. In 2004 my wife and I formed RGN Services, Inc. RGN is an acronym for the first letter of each of our three kids’ names. Our business model is to provide high quality New and Pre-owned Manufactured Homes to Mobile Home Park Owners and the Oil and Gas Industry. We are very blessed that our company has been the largest Pre-Owned Manufactured Housing Retailer in the State of Texas for the last seven years. Our success is related to our Christian foundation and using a high level of character and integrity in every sale transaction.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
No business is never easy, but we found that honesty with customers and always being accessible were keys to getting through difficult moments.
