Meet Lyndon Winchester of HOP Models & Talent Agency story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lyndon Winchester.

Lyndon, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Our Agency was introduced in 1997. Since our origination, we have set out to do one thing and that is to be a movement within the fashion community. We have made it a point to be different when it comes to the faces that we represent. When configuring our agencies strategy we selected key secondary markets along the way that helped us structure our agencies board of dynamic talent.

Has it been a smooth road?
I can’t say that I’ve ever seen a smooth road even if it has recently been paved however we have been resilient in our efforts. Without struggle and sacrifice its hard to truly appreciate what you have. For us, there was no blueprint set out. We wanted to make our own path, we wanted to be nontraditional. Every element along the way has taught us to strive to be even better.

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the HOP Models & Talent Agency story. Tell us more about the business.
HOP Models & Talent Agency represents models, actors, athletes and celebrity clientele. We book and manage talent all over the World. Our agency has always excelled in developing our talent. Proper development ensures our client’s success and longevity. We have been known for the faces that we produce. We love our talent to have a little edge. We have had the ability to work with clients long term because we are always bringing something new to the table. We are very proud of our continued growth.

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
As an agency, we tend to try to forecast the future. We attempt to do our best to stay ahead of the curve. Social media has taught us that there is limitless outreach. We now have access to people and clientele that otherwise may not have been possible. Fashion is an evolving trend and we are excited to see what’s next!
