Meet Nancy Anderson of Brandstorm Creative

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nancy Anderson.

Nancy, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
My background is the advertising agency business, specifically branding, marketing and project management. I’ve always been an admirer of great design and have always believed that great creative work is what helps people find their way to any business and ultimately leads to results. I felt like there was a real need in the market by small and medium size companies for a creative and marketing resource. Companies that don’t have the budget to hire a big agency but need a go-to resource.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
We’re still a relatively new and evolving agency so we’ve hit some road bumps and learned from our experiences along the way. Starting a new business is never easy. We’ve been fortunate enough to keep a steady flow of projects while not getting overwhelmed with too much work at once. This has allowed us to make adjustments to our processes when needed.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Brandstorm Creative – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
Where other companies may consider themselves marketing, design or digital agencies, we think of ourselves as a branding agency. In a nutshell, we help our clients build their brand by providing a creative resource so they can effectively market their business. We specialize in brand identity, marketing & advertising, website design & development and social media.

We’re big believers in the power of the brand experience and refer to what we call the “holistic brand experience” frequently with our clients. The holistic brand experience is essentially about giving the consumer an immersive experience from your brand. When someone interacts with your brand, the experience should be both positive and familiar each and every time…at every point of contact. It doesn’t matter if you’re handing someone a business card, talking to them on the phone or they walk into your business. The experience should be the same. The strongest and most successful brands are those that are consistent at hitting all the touchpoints and deliver an experience every single time.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
We’re looking to expand our team as we expand our clients roster. Our goal is to build a relationship with our clients, act as a partner with a genuine interest in their business and become a go-to resource for whatever they need.

We’re an agency made up of some of the most talented, well-rounded and dedicated people you’ll find working together but without the limitations of a single office or community. We’re all seasoned veteran of the advertising agency business and have a diverse collection of projects under our belts. We still have the same knowledge and experience gained in a big agency environment but we don’t have the overhead which makes us a lot more affordable. I’m hoping our business model is going to help some of the smaller companies out there who don’t have an in-house marketing department or creative team to hire an agency.
