Meet Pasha Carter of The VIP Network

Today we’d like to introduce you to Pasha Carter.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Pasha. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I was 23 years old, living in Atlanta, GA, sleeping on the floor of my best friend’s one bedroom apartment. I worked at Emory University from 9-5, and then coached gymnastics from 6-9pm every day. If that wasn’t enough, I was also an NFL Cheerleader. It felt like I was working every waking hour, yet I was broke and couldn’t pay my bills.

One day after cheering at an NFL game, we went to a celebration at one of the Atlanta Falcon football player’s homes. As we pulled up to the gated community and walked into this beautiful 10,000 square foot mansion, something in me changed. I said to myself, “Pasha, you can either be on the sidelines cheering for millionaires, or you can become one.” That day began my journey as an entrepreneur.

A few weeks later, I was invited out to a seminar, and there was a 26-year-old gentleman speaking that day. He was making more money in one month than I made all year. He talked about passive income, business ownership and the power of not exchanging hours for dollars. He said something that shook me to my core. He said, “If you don’t build your dream, someone will hire you to build theirs!”

That day, I started my first Network Marketing/Direct Sales business for $500, which by the way, I didn’t have and had to borrow. Eventually, that $500 investment would become a multi-million dollar business. Since then, I have dedicated my life to teaching others, who may have a dream of building a successful business, and like myself at the time, may not have the resources to start a traditional business, or may not have a lot of free time.

Has it been a smooth road?
The road to my success has not been smooth at all. It has been a road with potholes, U-turns, and even a few dead ends. I tell people all the time, I am where I am today because I have been willing to fail more, work harder and go through more disappointments than most people.

The hardest part in business for me was constant rejection. My first few years in business, I took rejection personally. When people wouldn’t try my service or my product, I felt betrayed. I honestly thought “NO” meant that I wasn’t doing a good job, or I was saying the wrong thing… or worse, they just didn’t want to see me succeed.

Today, my view is completely different. I know that people drive past Starbucks every day and don’t buy a cup of coffee, yet that doesn’t mean Starbucks hasn’t built a Billion dollar company. What if the owner of Starbucks wanted to quit because thousands of people reject them by driving by and choosing Dunkin’ Donuts coffee instead?

They simply focus on serving the thousands that do come in. Once I developed that mindset, I realized that everyone wasn’t going to want my product, and that’s ok. I simply focus on the thousands that love it, and this approach has helped me earn over $10 million in business.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
The VIP Global Network is a company designed to teach people the essential steps to business success. We now teach people how to create passive income simply by using a mobile app to market products. We are one of the few companies that have an automated/digital platform that is simple to use and works for the masses. We specialize in leadership development, team building, and sales.

I am most proud of the fact that we have people who have never succeeded in business, making significant income. It is a joy to see the soccer mom, the teacher, the police officer, and the nurses making big money and enjoying the process.

Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Frisco, TX is one of the best cities in the U.S. for entrepreneurs. I moved to Frisco 11 years ago from Chicago, IL. The people here are big dreamers, and they aren’t afraid to take risks. Most people in Frisco have kids, so they are working hard to leave a legacy for the next generation.
