Today we’d like to introduce you to Toni Morrow.
Toni, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
With a background in property management and encouragement from several of my tenants, I got into real estate five years ago. I joined a team and began hustling and helping local families make their dream of home ownership a reality. I quickly fell in love with the industry and was a natural at real estate. My team lead taught me a lot of things about real estate, but more importantly, he taught me what NOT to do with your life choices. Several of his team members didn’t approve of his new life choices and asked if I would form a team. So, here I am today with a small team, living the dream!
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Some struggles in the life of a realtor are balancing work/life/hours/emotions and many other aspects. It’s a daily struggle to find time balance things and not work all hours of the day.
Tomorrow’s Realty Group – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
Tomorrow’s Realty Group is a team within RE/MAX Four Corners. We are a humble team here to exceed your expectations of the real estate process. Honesty and integrity are at the top of our list of must do’s. We specialize in a broad array of real estate areas. I personally specialize in working with investors – both buy and hold and fix and flip. Some of the team specialize in first time home buyers, veterans, sellers, retirement communities and new home construction.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success is something you get closer to daily. My criteria would be to do what I do well all while lifting and teaching those on my team and around me while doing it. I’m personally on track to close 60 transactions this year – and my team nearly 100 transactions total! Looking to double the team transactions next year and finish my year out with 75 closings.
