Today we’d like to introduce you to Stephanie Knowles.
Stephanie, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
My story is similar to so many people that finally decide that it is time to pursue their purpose in life. I can remember the inner soul-searching and self-reflection that has made this journey possible for me today. Some people can go a lifetime and never really pursue their purpose and their passion for living. I made the decision eight years ago that I would not let another day go by without living a purpose-filled life. After many years of matriculating through the higher education sector, I was determined to pursue a life that was focused on giving back to others. My decision was to start the 360 Life Transformation organization. The purpose of this organization is to challenge a person just like you and me to “think better”, “live better” and “do better” within their personal lives. When I made the decision to follow my purpose and my passion, the success of what I have built upon for eight years continues to flourish. A person by the name of Sabrina Bryan once said, “you can do anything as long as you have the passion, drive, the focus, and support.” There is no secret as to where I am today because I am living the life that was predestined with purpose.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Life would be easy if every day was filled with sunshine, but we know that does not always happen in our lives. Some of my best lessons in life were achieved through my greatest struggles and challenges in life. Through every obstacle I encountered, my personal strength became stronger. Someone once said, you never know how strong you are until you do not have a choice but to be strong. Life’s obstacles and challenges teach you humility. With any dream and passion that you may have in life, it may not be understood by others that you encounter along the way. I have learned through my obstacles and challenges is that purpose is a full-time assignment. Some days, you may have to stand alone but you must continue to push forward. A leader understands that the mission and the goal must be fulfilled and the destination is not always popular. When you learn to stand at all cost, you can continue to press forward with a smile on your face during challenging times.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about 360 Life Transformation – what should we know?
360 Life Transformation is an inspiring and motivating business that encourages people to remain active within their community and to take a stand to “do better,” “live better,” and “think better.” We are known for our voice and face within the community of Dallas and within other domestic states and international.
In addition to 360 Life Transformation, we have a talk show that focuses on motivational and inspirational living. We connect the people to the community. We focus on providing information to the community that focuses on entrepreneurship, health and wellness, community activism, social and political awareness, relationships, career and just about everything that affects a person in their 360 radius.
We are set apart from others because our focus is unique we build up the inner man, woman, boy, and girl from the inside out. As a business, I am most proud of the community love that stretches from one person to another. It is a wonderful thing when we have people that enjoy helping others with no hidden agenda but to just see their fellow man or woman become a stronger and productive person in society.
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
The quality that I feel is most important to my success is determination. This characteristic has been important because you must feel strongly about your mission for others to follow. My determination has allowed me to continue to remain consistent, determined, ambitious and my determination inspires others to keep pushing forward.
