Today we’d like to introduce you to Grizelda Garza.
Grizelda, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I always knew that I would make fashion my career since I was a young girl. I dreamed of becoming a fashion designer and throughout my journey I did everything to be close to fashion. I worked in retail for many years and that’s when I then discovered a career in wardrobe styling. I soon began interning and assisting other wardrobe stylists on the side when I wasn’t working at my retail job to get to experience and learn about the fashion industry. With determination, hunger and persistence my career would soon take off as a Key Wardrobe Stylist.
Throughout my career I have been blessed with many opportunities and my work has been featured on numerous publications, seen on the E! Network channel for “Ice Loves Coco,” numerous Live TV segments, fashion shows, billboards, commercials, and have worked with numerous celebrities.
Now most currently my journey has taken me into the world of todays digital age of e-commerce business and I just recently opened a new online retail store called ZEELAS. I teamed up with a talented partner and a group of artists to bring this brand to life. I’m truly excited to achieve other goals of mine within this brand and we are just beginning. My goal for Zeelas will soon take us to distribution where my first dream of Designing will come true. I’m beyond excited and thrilled to see what this brand has in store and cannot wait to share our visions with the world.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Nothing worth having is easy they say, but with hard work and determination, anything is possible. I truly believe lessons and hardships are the only way to improve and grow so of course, many challenges will come to path. How you face your challenges is honestly the real test in which will determine your success. Many obstacles indeed have crossed my path but never giving up is what has honestly defined my success to keep growing.

Zeelas is a team of fashion enthusiasts and style. We love to express ourselves through with edgy bold designs to make a statement. We dare to be different and share who we are and what makes us unique through the many styles we rock.
We are not your everyday fashion. We are not in a box, and we are free to be who we are. We are bold and fearless. We are ZEELAS.
Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
I do believe NOTHING is done without a team. The Zeelas team definitely plays a huge role for making this brand possible such as our Web designer, Graphic artist, our group of talented artists, makeup artists, hair stylists and of course the amount of support we receive from family and friends all play an impact for us.
A shout out definitely goes to My partner Eric Garcia who is among one of these people who deserves so much credit for taking on this challenge with me. When I first approached him with this brand idea our visions and goals have been a tremendous huge success by being on the same page alone so Nothing beats that.
