Polo and Laura, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Training Room Dallas started in the garage of our home in Duncanville. After a full year training out of our garage and practically outgrowing it, we decided to go all in and sell our home to invest in our dream. We found the perfect location in Central Dallas and have been up and running here for seven months. Our road to becoming Certified Personal Trainers began four years ago when we discovered our love for helping others and our passion for health and fitness.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I think the biggest obstacle was not having a training location for half of 2018. We were so anxious to get going with our clients again but having to search put a pause to the routine. Luckily, our loyal clients were patient and came to us as soon we were ready. My advice to anyone starting off would just be to be patient, never stop trying, and stay determined. You can make anything happen.

At Training Room Dallas, we specialize in personal group training and one on one personal training. We are known for our ability to help others achieve not only physical changes but a change in their mentality. Our mission is to make anyone who walks through the door feel comfortable with stepping out of their comfort zone. I think what sets us apart from others is that we have been through the ups and downs that come with changing your lifestyle. We were once overweight, so we can relate. We also know anything is possible if you put your mind to it, so we are here to push you to give it your all.
