Shanza, please share your story with us.
I started off as a client receiving Laser Hair Removal services when Medical Aesthetics was a very foreign industry. That led to companies being very protective about their knowledge of the services they were providing in order to avoid any potential competition.
But when it comes to someone like myself, who’s investing my time and money with any company, I like to be informed in thorough detail regarding the whole process. So curiosity and intuition being my driving force, I did my own research about the industry and enrolled in National Laser Institute. Shortly after graduating as Medical Aesthetics Director, I opened the doors to a modestly sized clinic which we know as A&M Skin and Laser Clinic.
From performing treatments, to scheduling appointments, conducting consultations, designing marketing campaigns, and designing the clinic in its entirety, I was the one woman show behind the front and back end of the business. Through my extensive knowledge of the Medical Aesthetics industry, customer service, and promise, I was able to grow the business to where it now operates in a much larger space overlooking the golf course of the Las Colinas Country Club. With the expansion, I also took upon the role of a recruiter when sourcing, screening, hiring, development of the on boarding procedure, and training of the team of certified experts who I supervise.
My team and I value loyalty, honesty, and integrity and have a genuine passion & deep understanding for helping others achieve their aesthetic goals in an alluring spa atmosphere and high-end concierge service with clinical expertise. We take great pride in building relationships with our clients while ensuring that the focus is kept on meeting their clients’ goals in the safest and most effective way possible.
A&M Skin and Laser Clinic has now been successfully running for 7 years and is constantly working towards striving to excel in the industry.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
In a highly competitive industry, staying afloat is one of the biggest struggles we have faced. But through undying dedication and passion to excel, we have managed to not only stand alongside companies who have been around for a long time, but solidify our presence in Dallas and its surrounding cities.

Step into our world where luxury meets Medical Aesthetics. Our service offerings are based around the common conditions that both women and men of all ages experience as in laser hair removal, skin treatments and lash extensions and brow services. We carefully selected our technology and our service menu based on their safety profiles with proven results. We designed a consultation process around the client’s goals and educational needs. We combined the alluring spa atmosphere and high-end concierge service with clinical expertise. We pride ourselves on the relationships we build with our clients while ensuring that the focus is kept on meeting their specific goals.
What sets us apart is the way we view and treat our clients. From the time when I was the only person running the show to now when we have a team, each and every client is given the utmost attention and care as if they are the only client we have. That level of precision and dedication is very hard to come by in any clinic and is the main reason why 99% of our clients were generated through word of mouth without the utilization of any major advertising channels.

The person who I owe my success to is my Mother, Maliha Chagani, who was the driving force in motivating me to keep pushing and excelling in this industry regardless of how tough it got. Along with my mother, I would also like to thank my team (Carolina Nieto, Janice Sabino Vu, Shelby Huff, Jodie Greb and Megan Smith), as without each member of the team, we would never have been able to achieve the level of success we have so far.
