Meet Audra Richardson of I influenceHER in Midlothian

Today we’d like to introduce you to Audra Richardson.

Audra, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I InfluenceHER was birth from the trials and the failures the brought about victories and growth. As a teen mother and young adult, I made choices that put me in less than favorable positions and I was forced to deal with them head on. There was no running or hiding and through those experiences came knowledge, understanding and wisdom.

From a struggling single mom on public assistance to a wife, mother of six, entrepreneur, and a transformational speaker.  Audra’s courage and determination has influenced other people to break through the barriers, to discover their own talents and infinite potential. Audra has a unique way of reaching people who are seeking to make peace with their past, maximize their present, deepen their relationship with God, solid foundation in the home while building a successful business.

She provides personal development, balance and boundaries strategies for home environment, transformational coaching and business strategies – Audra has helped develop workshops, single mom’s bible study, mom groups, conferences and online programs that have transformed the lives of men and women, and altered the trajectory of businesses.

Audra collaborate with global leaders and business owners. She has spoken at events with global leaders like Nikki Speaks, Derrick Butts, Regina Diann and Jazzella McKeel. As well as LISA NICHOLS the most-requested motivational speaker, media personality and corporate CEO whose global platform has reached and served nearly 30 million people.

Audra lives in DFW with her husband Warren G. Richardson Jr., parenting six beautiful children ages 19-1 years old.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Chilllllleeee… once I realized the value on the services I was providing for free, I made a decision to put a price for my services. It was challenging to get some people to understand what investing in themselves look like.  For a period of time, I was sharing knowledge to many complimentary, I taught others subconsciously that the information I was providing was not worthy of a price. It was an AHA moment for me and my business.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about I influenceHER – what should we know?
