Meet Dom Nicole of 4lorish Fitness in Dallas

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dom Nicole.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I started working out heavily in 2015, I was really unhappy with my current lifestyle and wanted to do something about it. I started doing research and educating myself on how to live a healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition. That following year, I wanted to do more and started having “Fit Camps” for free to motivate others to get fit. I’ve currently been training for the past two years and it’s been such a great experience and journey. The fulfillment of helping others feel great, look good and carry an extra boost of confidence is such a great feeling! I really love and enjoy what I do.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Absolutely not, but that’s all apart of the journey when starting and growing a business. There have been times when I felt like giving up but the joy I receive from helpings others and being a source of motivation encourages me to keep going.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
4lorish Fitness was created to help women 4lorish to their greatest potential and to feel confident in their own skin. I wanted my business/brand to represent growth, becoming and starting anew.

I specialize in cardiovascular, muscular development, strength, and toning. I offer group and individual training. In addition, nutrition and diet support.

Spring is a very exciting time for me, I’m hosting my annual Fit Camps starting next month. Dates and locations will be announced via social media very soon.

What were you like growing up?
As a kid, I was very quiet and stayed to myself lol, I’m still like that as a adult. I loved to go swimming, ride my bike, or anything involving me being outdoors. I was very active in sports, I was a cheerleader and played soccer for several years. I was really good at putting things together such as electronics or figuring things out. Overall, I was just an outgoing kid who loved playing outside as much as I could.
