For more than three decades — beginning with the first home he renovated for his family in Dallas — Paul has designed and built luxury residences in Texas and other parts of the U.S. Paul believes every home should weave an inspiring narrative — that every space should be an experience. This distinct focus guides every home he builds, from blueprint to reality.
Paul’s love of home building began at an early age — he started his own home painting company during college. In the early 80’s, he purchased and renovated a home on Waterside Court, and a passion for real estate and home construction was born. He founded Waterside Properties© in 1984, and has built a multitude of different projects including developing his passion to build fine homes.
Today, Paul’s work can be found in multimillion-dollar homes across Texas — including in Preston Hollow, Highland Park, University Park, Devonshire, North Dallas, Frisco and Plano — and around the U.S. His full company suite encompasses Waterside Properties, his luxury-built estate home company; Kennington Premier©, for homes ranging from $1 to $5 million; and Waterside Home Maintenance Concierge©, designed to serve and support his clients and the general public for decades to come.
To design a sense of place, Paul focuses on discerning a client’s taste and delivering in the details. From handcrafted millwork and ironwork to painting and stonework, he executes the highest quality craftsmanship time and time again. His “inexplicably elegant” homes simply feel right. He is equally adept at creating a classic Colonial or a Parisian mansion — with elements often influenced by his travels.
Paul has also led commercial office construction, restaurant construction and roadway construction, among other complex projects.
Paul was also just named by D Magazine “Best Builder” in Dallas for 2017.

Kennington Premier is our spec home group that allows for customization when the client gets in early in the process. At this time, we are building in the Devonshire Dallas community. A quaint neighborhood west of the Tollway from University Park.
Waterside Home Maintenance Concierge serves luxury home owners over 4,500 square feet throughout Preston Hollow, University Park, Plano, Frisco, Westlake, Highland Park, Bluffview & Park Cities.
