Briana and Brittany, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
We started this precious kraft by making the grapes for family parties. One day our cousin called and asked us to make her some and she stated that she will pay us. This happened in 2017 and we’ve been thriving and perfecting the kraft ever since. We started out making just Taffy flavor which consists of white chocolate and nuts and then as time went on, we’ve tried a number of different flavors that the people ENJOY! What’s on our menu is Strawberry Shortcake, Cookies n’Creme, Red Velvet, Banana Pudding and our newest flavor Almond Joy! We also have a seasonal flavor during the Spring and Summer months, Lemonade. #grapetastic
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
This has been a very great and smooth road for B&B Grapes with a Twist! The only challenge we’ve experienced since being in business is finding the perfect grapes. We have a method on picking out the right grapes and sometimes stores do not fulfill our need. Other than that, we accommodate our customers and are forever grateful for the support.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with B&B Grapes with a Twist! – tell our readers more, for example, what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
We are in the food (dessert) business. B&B Grapes with a Twist! consist of two owners, Briana Hart and Brittany Mailey. We handcraft gourmet grapes. We started out making one flavor which is Taffy (made with nuts) and then perfected other flavors; Strawberry Shortcake, Cookies n’Creme, Red Velvet, Banana Pudding, Almond Joy (newest flavor) and our seasonal flavor; Lemonade. What we are proud about the most is the amount of support we have received from our city, Chicago, IL. We have been featured at events and the people flock to our product. We are currently working on the logistics to ship across the country. What sets us apart from others is our passion towards our product. We value each customer and handcraft each grape to perfection.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
We plan on shipping nationwide and having our product featured in different restaurants. We hope to have our own storefront in the future. We even hope to travel to different states to do pop-up shops so people are aware of our product.
