I’ve always wanted to have my own fashion business ever since I was a little girl and it’s never wavered. Fashion has been my life and my passion. It’s the only industry I truly know inside and out. I’m blessed to have over ten years of experience in the industry at only 25 years old. I’ve worked for almost every luxury brand and every major retailer. I’ve gained so much wisdom and knowledge throughout the years I knew it was time to apply what I’ve learned. I was scared but I jumped anyway. Now here we are a few months in and I couldn’t be more thankful. I’m enjoying the process of growing it and can’t wait to see where things go from here. I’m have so many plans for this brand.
Has it been a smooth road?
I think every entrepreneur has bumps in the road. Especially in the beginning. I’m still trying to grow it and get to know my audience in depth. What we choose to buy for inventory is so important. A bad buy or buying too much of item can set us back. Posh is still small business and all the funding comes out of pocket. Choosing not to take out any loans means you have to be very strategic. Almost everything is a risk.

Shop Posh Girl is an e-commerce boutique tailored to the elegantly stylish fashionista. We are the go-to for girl bosses. When they need something to wear for their speaking engagements, a networking brunch, or just a special event they come to Posh! I’m most productive of the tribe of women we are building (Posh Army). It’s far beyond the clothing it’s the confidence I see them gaining and the conversations that have started that keeps me bringing them more.

I think Dallas is a great place to launch a business. It’s booming and there’s a ton of opportunities for you to get your brand out there. All you have to do is network.
