Today we’d like to introduce you to Monique Hollins.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
My story started in October 2018. I was 185lbs, insecure, unfulfilled, and unhappy. I knew the last 90 days of the year were designed to set me up for something but I didn’t know what. God kept telling me to lose weight and sacrifice. I began working out and lost a few pounds but still I wasn’t committed to eating healthy or being consistent. The new year came and I was still 180lbs. So I went looking for something, I needed something to help assist me in losing the weight naturally by detoxing my body to give me a jumpstart. In April I found an all-natural tea called, Iaso Detox Tea. I began to drink the tea as instructed, drinking at least 3 liters of water a day, making wiser food decisions and 30 days later, I was 29lbs down. The tea gave me mental clarity, it made me feel good inside out and let’s not forget the amazing bathroom experiences I had by detoxing my body of toxins and waste. May 22, 2019 I became in Independent Business Owner with Total Life Changes and began selling Iaso Detox Tea because the truth is I was going to recommend the tea to everyone I knew anyway because it actually worked! Since May I’ve been able to help over 40 women and men lose a collective of 200lbs and two families earn an extra $500. I look back over the hard times and the sacrifices and I am so thankful that I was obedient. Someone’s life is dependent upon my obedience and I will never take that lightly.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
There has definitely been some very critical moments on this entrepreneuring leadership journey. I can’t lie I cry, I sweat, I have days that I binge eat because I’m overwhelmed. My struggles stem from fear, fear of failure, fear of finances, fear of capability. I’ve been able to recognize that 90% of my “hard” days are mental, me against me. Being conscious of this I’ve been able to talk myself off the cliff alot faster, confronting these things head-on. I know for a fact that all the long days, tears and sacrifice are helping me grow as a woman and business owner. No matter what struggles, “the marathon continues.” Love you NIP!

I am an independent business owner with Total Life Changes. Take a minute and just think about what was it that made a man sit in his garage and make a liquid multivitamin in the 90s and start a company called Total Life Changes? I don’t know his Why but I know it was big enough to lead to me in 2019, it was big enough to make over 100 million in sales, it was big enough to continue growing, it was big enough to literally change thousands of lives. Again, obedience is prominent and I am grateful.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
My plans for the future, wow, where do I start? Right now, I am pregnant with dreams and so anxious to give birth. I plan on helping thousands of women fall in love with themselves all over again or for the first time. I plan on traveling the world and running my mouth about naked confidence, self-love, self-worth, living a queendom lifestyle. I plan on working with teen mothers, being I was one myself, spreading hope and giving them faith that it is not over, there’s a message in the mess and glory in their story. I just want to live out loud, spreading love and light to all who cross my path. My true prayer is, God if you allow me to touch just one million people all I’m asking for is $1 per person, lol! I am committed to giving more flowers while people are here.
