Today we’d like to introduce you to Gabrielle Kelley.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
My family and I relocated to Dallas from Denver 2 1/2 years ago for my husband’s job. In Colorado, I had been an executive assistant for several years, but when we moved to Dallas, I wasn’t sure what I was going to do. For a year or so, I tried to figure things out. I finished writing a book manuscript, and published my book, The Footsteps of a Dreamer, in summer 2018. I have always had huge dreams in my heart, and the book dug deep into what it really looks like to follow the dreams God has placed inside of you, even and especially when the going gets tough.
After the book was published, the going actually got quite tough for me and my family in multiple ways, and during that time, my physical and mental health deteriorated significantly. By the beginning of 2019, I was dealing with severe chronic migraines, chronic fatigue, depression, and anxiety. I knew something had to give, but I wasn’t sure what to do.
Long story short, a friend introduced me to a company called Plexus that has amazing all-natural supplements for gut health. I started taking the supplements and quickly began to feel better – I was getting my life back and able to be present and joyful again for my husband and my two sweet kids, Immanuel and Serafina. I knew that other moms and dads (and really ANYONE ) needed this kind of hope infused back into their health, too!! So I started my Plexus business…
And it has been more amazing than I could have hoped. Every day I get to help people get their health back – but it doesn’t stop there! I also have a team full of amazing moms who want to feel better and also be able to work from home while they raise their kids. Having the chance to help each of these amazing women (and hopefully at some point some men, too!) launch their businesses has been an incredible experience. Remember how I said I have big dreams and I wrote that book about dreaming? This business has been an incredible tool for awakening dormant dreams in the hearts of the women I work with – and in myself too! It’s amazing what can happen when you have a leader and a team who not only believe in you but who push you every day to be the best version of yourself and to believe in the dreams God has placed in your heart. And that’s what I get to do…I get to mentor and nurture these women as they grow in confidence and change their mindsets about what they’re capable of and what they deserve. I get to watch become well from the inside out and launch businesses and teams of their own.
Basically, this is the best business ever. Oh, and if you’re someone with a dream lying dormant because of poor health or lack of finances – I would love to have you join us and see those dreams come back to life!!
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Absolutely! Every day I have to figure out so many details that are not easy. I have one kid in school and one still at home, and I want to be the best mom AND the best entrepreneur I can be – and that can be a real challenge! There are moments when I have to make a choice to push through my mommy-tiredness and do the work because I KNOW that this business is setting me up for my future.
And if we wanna get really into the nitty-gritty – I honestly had to learn so many difficult lessons over the past 10+ years about my identity, about leadership, about walking through hard seasons, about who God is and who He’s made me to be – and I see now that every single one of those lessons was necessary to set me up for the leadership and business position I am in today.

My company EMPOWERS DREAMERS to see their dreams come true. If you talk to most people and ask why they’re not pursuing their dreams, you’ll find that most either answer that their HEALTH isn’t good or that their FINANCIAL SITUATION isn’t what it needs to be. A lot of people will say BOTH. In my business, we address both of these problems in one of the most life-giving communities I have ever seen. Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
I have an identical twin sister, and we have always been closer than close. I can’t pin down a SPECIFIC favorite memory, but I know playing make-believe games (being dancers, cheerleaders, moms, etc.) with her in the backyard or in our bedroom was the best thing about being a kid.
