Alison, before we jump into specific questions about your work, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Sure! I have been an actress all my life and was searching for something more meaningful to add to my story… somehow I found a book on Feng Shui about ten years ago and I have been practicing ever since. I started practicing on/in my home and noticed all of the positive changes. I decided to become a Feng Shui Practitioner to help others, not just myself. I love Feng Shui, bring positive/balanced energy, to people’s desks and also their home environments.
Feng Shui is all about supporting you, where you are, in this current moment. It helps to balance and move you forward in every aspect of your life…Marriage, Career, Family, Health. Some people might feel stuck and can’t get out of a rut, well, that’s where Feng Shui comes in.
One of the things I most enjoy about my business, Complete Shalom, is that most people don’t need to buy anything extra for me to Feng Shui your home. We might need to pair down or add something small here or there, but most people have all of the elements they need…I will just rearrange the locations of certain objects.
Has it been a smooth road?
Yes, there have been some struggles. Some people think Feng Shui is scary or evil, but I’m here to tell you that my pastor approves. Tee hee! I’m here to help your God-given talents shine in the healthiest way possible.
Also, people can be afraid of change. It might hurt at first (rearranging your home/life), but I guarantee a sense of relief once the energy starts swirling and moving you forward.
