Today we’d like to introduce you to Bobby and Kerri Colclasure.
Bobby and Kerri, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
The dream of CRYO started with my daughter, Tenley, who is a competitive Gymnast. She trains 30 hours a week, and we found the hardest thing was keeping her body healthy. So as her parents, we sought ways to help her recover so she could continue to chase her DREAMS. We found CRYO and immediately fell in love with it! Tenley was finally able to recover quickly from long training sessions, never had to ice anymore, and her body was able to withstand all those long hours of training. It was like finding the Fountain of Youth! As Ten started going daily to CRYO and our family watched how well it was working—we kept thinking—we can help others achieve their dreams too! Thus—a business was born.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
As we went through the process of starting this business, we found it not only helps athletes, but everyday people like us too! We have found with CRYO—not only do our bodies no longer ache, but we have so much more energy (which has been a huge benefit while starting a new business!) This endeavor has been all about FAMILY—each of the kids have helped out and done their part. Carter helps out daily at work, Tenley works on social media, always coming up with new ideas and products to sell. Tali helps too at work and with taking pictures for social media. So we all have our part, which as is in life, it takes a VILLAGE to make things happen.
CRYO Coppell – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
The main thing we specialize in is Whole Body Cryotherapy. What differentiates us from others is the whole experience that every customer receives when they visit us.
Every cryotherapy treatment comes with complimentary services such as CRYO spot treatments, Norma Tec Recovery, and traction rolling tables. The cryo spot treatment is designed to treat and minimize specific areas of pain and inflammation through the direct application of temperatures colder than ice or ice packs. The Norma Tec Recovery systems include a control unit and attachments which go on the legs, arms, or hips. They use compressed air to massage your limbs, mobilize fluid, and speed recovery with the patented NormaTec Pulse Massage Pattern. The traction Roller Massage Table features three large rotating rollers traveling both clockwise and counterclockwise, up and down the spine, to knead and relax muscles in the neck, shoulders and lower back. We also offer very reasonable prices which when combined with all of our complimentary services offers great value for the money. All this is done in a family friendly environment which helps people of all ages.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
We feel so very blessed to be part of this amazing community and to bring products that can help everyone feel better. Being able to help people recover from injuries, surgeries, chronic pain or even hard workouts is the best part of having this business. Our success is defined by seeing people leave our business happy and continuing to come back and refer people regularly.
