Huy, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Daisy Massage & Spa Center started operations in April 2017 and has since built a reputation based on competence, kindness, and professionalism. After experiencing some initial difficulties setting up our establishment, we discovered an excellent contractor who was instrumental in crafting the beautiful establishment that now exists.
Also, we were fortunate in being able to hire qualified and experienced therapists, skilled in delivering a handpicked assortment of therapeutic massages and spa treatments. Our dream of creating a relaxing space with a tranquil ambiance where people could experience relief from their muscle pain and tension became a reality.
Has it been a smooth road?
The road that led to our beautiful spa was, unfortunately, not always smooth. We put our trust in a general contractor who turned out to be disreputable. He took our capital and left a space that was basically trash, all of this occurring one day before Christmas 2016. He ended up costing us a lot of money and time. Our luck changed when we found a solid contractor to essentially rebuild the entire spa to our complete satisfaction. This demonstrates the critical importance of dealing with and hiring the right people.

At Daisy Massage and Spa, you can choose from therapeutic massage, invigorating spa facials, cupping therapy, Infrared Sauna/Light therapy and more. We also offer additional services such as hot stone, aroma therapy, hydration relaxation mask, and lavender-infused hot towels.
As to what sets us apart and what we are most proud of, it would be that a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. Happy satisfied customers not only return to us but spread the word about all that we have to offer. Also, we pride ourselves on our integrity and in case your visit is ever less than satisfactory, we need to know about it so that we can correct the problem. Is our city a good place to do what you do?
There is something for everybody in Plano. I really enjoy Plano’s parks and trees. One of these trees, in Bob Woodruff park near Rowlett Creek on the city’s east side, is estimated to be over 500 years old. There are two nice open space preserves, Bob Woodruff Park, and Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve which are connected by biking trails. This actually makes it one large uninterrupted park space that is larger than Central Park in New York City.
I also really like the five recreation centers: Tom Muehlenbeck Recreation Center, Carpenter Park Recreation Center, Oak Point Recreation Center, Liberty Recreation Center, and Douglass Community Center. Tom Muehlenbeck Recreation Center and Liberty Recreation Center both have an indoor pool. Plano Senior Recreation Center is a recreation center dedicated to seniors.
There are three swimming pools owned by Plano Parks & Recreation: Harry Rowlinson Community Natatorium, Jack Carter Pool, and Plano Aquatic Center. All of the pools are indoor except for Jack Carter Pool. For pet owners, there is The Dog Park at Jack Carter Park. Plano also has three performing arts venues which include the Courtyard Theater, the Cox Playhouse, and the Amphitheater at Oak Point Park.
As far as what I dislike about Plano, not much except that I wish a lake was nearer. The nearest ones are Collin Park Marina, Lake Lewisville, and Harry Myers Park.
