So, before we jump into specific questions about what you do, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I started ELII early February 2019 to provide a convenient and efficient way for men to maintain their beards.
There were times when I was asked, “What do you use in your beard?” or “How do you maintain your beard?”
That was when I had to take a step back and assess that there was an opportunity to provide a product, guidance and instruction for the gentlemen who were willing to maintain their beards. As well as provide motivation for other men to begin maintaining their beards with extensive care.
The process of getting started has been a challenge that has been embraced with open arms.
Hours of research, product development, testing and expansion have all been apart of the early stages of building the ELII Brand.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
The road to developing ELII has been a learning experience for sure.
With every business venture, there are times of disappointment, achievement and progression. Each of these has been navigated through to a certain extent to be where I am at this junction with the business.
A few of the hurdles of developing within ELII have ranged from depending on outside sources other than myself to achieve tight goals, building a solid web platform for business and balancing the proper amounts of materials needed.
Overall, the road hasn’t been smooth but along the way the knowledge gained has been priceless.

ELII is suited for the gentleman who chooses the path of maintaining his beard properly. ELII provides two sizes of Men’s natural beard oil currently.
A 1 fluid oz and 2 fluid oz size bottle option. The goal is to educate the customer on beard care as well as providing them with an effective and efficient product.
Moving forward ELII will provide multiple additional products. Ranging from more beard/hair care products, hair care accessories and elite essentials suited for a gentleman. More details to follow in the upcoming year of 2020.
What sets ELII apart from others is the customer service aspect of the business. We pride ourselves on being there for the customer and listening to the customer’s voice (opinion) in detail. Taking all into consideration. Growth of the business won’t occur without embedding knowledge into ELII learned from customer feedback and commentary.

What were you like growing up?
Growing up, I was an only child engulfed around a lot of cousins. Growing up as an only child though there was plenty of time to use my creativity. Whether that came from playing outside or playing on a gaming system.
in grade school, I was placed into advanced classes which I also feel helped propel my mindset in a great direction early on in life. Projects throughout grade school were always seen as a challenge worth tackling.
Basketball was big for me in grade school as well but since I knew the NBA wasn’t in my future. I decided my senior year to enroll in a mentorship program and drop sports. That was probably one of the best decisions I could have made at the time, and in doing so prepared me for college life. As well as the hurdles that awaited for me there.
Personality-wise, I am an easy-going, calm and laid back individual. For the most part, I enjoy being social and consider myself a people person.
My interest surrounds building my business as well as finishing my first book due to come out in 2020.
