Today we’d like to introduce you to Francisco Cortez.
Francisco, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I started working for a foundation contractor digging holes, pressing piers, to leveling the piers. After I got the hang of the work I started thinking I could do this on my own. I’ve been doing this for seven years now. Ever since I graduated high school I always knew I wanted to better my self and do something on my own. Create my own company was my goal and I knew I needed to work hard to achieve this.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It wasn’t easy the first couple of years, but I knew the job, I knew I could do this.
Please tell us about your business.
Cortez foundation repair specializes in leveling residential homes. Such as concrete slab and pier and beam foundations. We are known for being honest and great customer service to our clients. Having our clients satisfied is what we are known for. We like to go out there and explain every single step of the process so that the client can fully comprehend what the house needs to be repaired. Happy clients are our top priority.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
Being accredited by the Better Business Bureau.
