Today we’d like to introduce you to Lindsey Dillon and Shannon Page.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Lindsey and Shannon. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
Shannon and I met working in the multifamily industry about almost five years ago. Since then we have become close friends. We would always find ourselves talking about financial freedom and one day owning a business that would allow us to make our own schedule as well as build a legacy to leave behind for our children.
For a couple months we had been talking about starting a cleaning company until one day we just did. The love and support we have received since launching our business has been overwhelming! We have reached heights in our first month that we didn’t expect and every single day our business grows by leaps and bounds. We have been blessed beyond measure!
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Owning a business has definitely had its challenges. The biggest challenge for us so far has definitely been balancing our full time jobs, family life, and personal life while growing our business. Most days we get up and drop our kids to school, head to our full time jobs, work there for 8 hours, get off, pick our kids up and bring them to a babysitter, then turn around and complete appointments to sometimes 1 in the morning. This has been extremely tough but we know that God makes you uncomfortable in times of growth. Great things are ahead of us! We don’t complain or ask questions……We get it done!
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Pretty Clean Inc. – what should we know?
Pretty Clean Inc. is a residential and commercial cleaning company that specializes in multifamily make ready services. There are 100s of cleaning companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area but what makes us unique is that we offer untraditional service hours which allows our clients to receive their services when it’s convenient for them. No other cleaning service in Dallas can say that!
One thing that we are most proud about is the working relationship we have with our clients. We have been blessed to service clients from a wide variety of backgrounds. We know that our clients are happy with the outcome of their cleaning because they not only book again but they are always referring people to us and helping us become better by giving advice on different areas of business we’re still learning about. Our level of customer service and consistency is definitely unmatched.
