Today we’d like to introduce you to Tyler Fernandez.
Tyler, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I started my first business venture in 2012 in network marketing & built a sales team and customer base of 7 thousands of people around the world. I was also a trainer for the company and was flown around the country to teach people the sales side of the business and build a team. This start of my business career gave me the ability financially to start branching out to other businesses I wanted to get involved in and other businesses to invest in.
In 2017 I started a granite & quartz business with my dad in my home town in Borger TX. I always wanted to get into real estate but was just waiting for the right time and in 2019, I went for it and that’s when Tylopoly was created. Tylopoly, buys houses and fix & flips them, sells wholesale flooring, granite and quartz as well to customers in the DFW & around the country. We use all of our material in our Tylopoly homes to show our customers a good visual what it looks like in a home and to sell it to our customers around the country.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
From the start of my career in network marketing was the best thing that could have ever happen to me. That industry teaches you so much from building relationships, learning sales, making sales, talking to people, people telling you “no’, and working on yourself to be the best you can be. That business made me the businessman I am today.
Tylopoly – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
Tylopoly buys homes, Fix and Flips them, wholesales flooring, granite and quartz countertops. I am most proud of my company because we are very competitive in pricing and everyone wants the best quality at the cheapest price and I believe we deliver on that.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
I love helping people. Success is not only about you when you’re helping a lot of other people win and you are bringing them to the top with you. That’s what success means to me.
