Today we’d like to introduce you to Brandt Beal.
Brandt, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
It all started when I was misdiagnosed by several well-respected doctors after seeking help for a variety of health issues he was experiencing. The doctors insisted that there was nothing wrong, but I wasn’t willing to settle. Finally, after realizing I was in the worst shape of my life and on the verge of becoming a diabetic, I took my health into my own hands.
Through founding Indur, I was able to solve my vitamin deficiencies, hormone imbalances and insulin resistance issues within three months. Not only that, I was able to get in the best shape of my life after intentionally optimizing specific biomarkers that were causing fat and making it hard for me to gain muscle.
Prior to launching Indur, I was born and raised in North Texas and attended Texas Tech University. I come from a background in human resources, consulting and insurance in the oil and gas industries. I am passionate about helping others create real results and empowering individuals to take control of their own health.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Starting out in today’s business environment is always a challenge. You have to be focused and be able to change course quickly, because today’s consumers and business landscape is ever-changing. You can’t be slow to react. This can be a daily bathe for a start-up company.
INDUR – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
INDUR helps people take a more active role in managing their health and fitness goals. We are able to do this by offering specialized blood testing and customized lifestyle, nutrition, supplement and activity advice to help people make necessary improvements.
Our blood testing platform doesn’t require a doctor’s visit and is less expensive than what they would be charged by their physician. We also offer medical grate supplements and skincare products. We sell directly to the consumer therefore eliminate distributors, brokers and retailers from the supply chain. This allows us to provide all-natural and clinical-grade products at the same price as what people are used to paying for inferior products.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
There is nothing better than having someone tell you that INDUR has changed their lives. We’re helping people feel and look better. That’s pretty darn satisfying, knowing what you’re doing is having such a positive impact on people’s lives.
