Meet Aaron Burkett of All About You

Today we’d like to introduce you to Aaron Burkett.

Aaron, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
All About You was started by myself and Marilyn Groves my office manager who worked with me over 15 years. Marilyn and myself have a passion for helping our clients and our employees.

We had a great example with our previous owner of providing the best care possible while providing the absolute best environment for our staff. When you take care of the people that take care of you their best will shine through in their work for our clients.

We have been very blessed with great staff and great clients throughout the years and we couldn’t have done any of this without them, this is truly a team approach for the best possible outcomes of our clients and employees.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Starting a small mom and pop business is always a struggle but when you have the right people on your side everything takes care of itself. It hasn’t been the easiest road but we are working towards our goals together and we will meet and exceed our goals together.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about All About You – what should we know?
We are a private duty caregiver service providing ADL’s “activities of daily living” that clients can no longer do themselves due to illness, injuries. We are known for exceptional care and for the quality of staff we provide. We are very meticulous on who we hire for staff and the level of experience and their personality. We identify their strengths and weaknesses and staff them with our clients accordingly. We take the time with our clients face to face to identify their needs and how we can best assist them on a case by case basis. We stand out in the industry for the quality of care we provide and the time frame we can bring on and cover a client usually within an hour. This is a tough time frame to work in sometimes so from time to time I go and take care of clients myself while other arraignments are being handled. This is our total team approach.

The entire staff deserves, vendors and families that trust us with the care of their loved ones deserve the credit. We are truly blessed to be surrounded by such great people.

Pricing:

  • Hourly Rate $18.00 to $20.00 an hour depending on level of care.
  • Live in rate $17.00 to $18.00 and hour depending on the level of care.
