Today we’d like to introduce you to Mitchell Grigerek.
Mitchell, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Originally starting off as a fine arts creative learning about illustration, painting, sculpting, and various other forms of art. I pursued interests in art until a tech opportunity arose that allowed me to gain some advanced techniques and skills. I had always loved technology and my family was always encouraging me to follow my interests. From a young age, I enjoyed tearing things apart and learned how to put them together and that allowed me to succeed in the technology business. After working in the industry for over a decade, I was encouraged to go back to complete my education which allowed me to combine my love for art and technology. I attended the University of Texas at Dallas going through their Arts and Technology program.
Through my skills gained from UTD, plus my past experience, I was successful in landing a job before my senior year working at a local agency called 900lbs of Creative. After my degree and working in the creative field for a few years, I was beginning to lose focus on the goal I set out to accomplish, and that was to create more art in combination to design new experiences. I was really good at designing innovative experiences through technological research and knowledge of execution, but I was not getting a chance to grow my creative capabilities and combining everything that I learned throughout my life. I eventually left the company to help boost my own capabilities and pursue opportunities that interest me but also allowing me to work with companies that want help in all forms of creativity. Thus MAG-RAW Creations was born.
Has it been a smooth road?
I believe that there is no road to success that is paved for you. You have to earn your reputation through hard work, trust, and consistency. Every day is a struggle to perform at our very best and I take that drive into every opportunity. The biggest struggle is building that reputation up in the community to let our clients know that we are here and ready to work hard to help them be the hero in their market.
My goal is to provide the highest level of service at a more affordable cost than larger agencies require while providing the same level quality with more care to their needs, If we can achieve that goal for our customers then I believe that we can help boost creativity in our market through collaboration while offering next-level service.

We are MAG-RAW Creations. A Full-Service Creative agency that can solve all of our client’s creative needs. We offer film and production services, design and motion support, and innovative technology capabilities while combining everything in between, Through our knowledge and know-how, we help our customers grow their brand in any form of creation they lack or desire.
Whether they are looking for video production support for a promo video, commercial, interview, or testimonial on the ground or even in the air, we can help support those needs. We even support 360 video production creation for those uniques experiences. Sometimes our clients have needs for design and animation support. We help look into brand awareness and help our customers refresh their logo, website, brand, or even social platform. Sometimes we have to adapt our designs into 2D and 3D animations through presentations, motion graphics, and infographics.
Occasionally our technology services are needed and that is where the real fun can begin. We offer support for AR/VR, interactive video walls/spaces, holodecks, holograms, and anything we can think of that combines all of our technical know-how. We like to provide all of our capabilities into one when we design our technology experiences to help push it into something truly unique but we also help provide technical consultations for those that want to find out what is possible. We create anything from a simple app for mobile devices all the way up to fully immersive interactive rooms.
We help guide our clients on how they can achieve creative experiences while saving on unnecessary project costs. This pushes us to be the go-to source for creative support and services in our state and maybe one day the nation.
How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
Our goal for the next 5-10 years is to establish ourselves as the creative team companies can trust while building a great foundation to help the arts and technology grow in our communities. We love to share our knowledge with others and believe that there are no prices on collaboration with the younger generations.
We want to provide a facility that allows us to showcase our skills and services but also allows us to host education courses and network opportunities on how to think and achieve big. There is value to be had in a community that comes together and wants to work together instead of taking ideas and keeping them for one’s self.
