Today we’d like to introduce you to Aimee Cerka.
Aimee, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Eight years ago, I had an infant son. I was a single Mom and wanted to be able to stay home with my son. I knew I needed a way to earn money from home. I started out in network marketing. Over the course of six years, I learned a tremendous amount. Worked on personal development and learning financial education. Not just getting out of debt but accumulating wealth and assets. Having a strong financial foundation is so much more than keeping a budget and staying out of debt.
My knowledge helped ease the pain of two different medical crises that my family went through personally. My son was hospitalized in the NICU for seven and a half weeks unexpectedly. Then two years later, my husband was transported to the ER and hospitalized for 20 days and out of work for three months. If we hadn’t gotten control of our finances and established a plan for long term wealth, we would have been homeless and I wouldn’t have been able to be there for my family.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Having a business and going through life is never smooth. The major obstacles were family crises, I am home with my three children full time. Having effective use of my time has been an obstacle to overcome and something that I am continually working to get better at.

I work with other ladies to help them to increase their financial bottom line through powerful conversations. What that means is that I show you how to manage your money effectively so that when life throws curveballs at you, you are prepared. Creating a firm financial foundation is so much more than getting out of debt; it’s creating a plan for long term wealth. What makes my process different is that I don’t believe that you should create a financial plan that forces you to live on beans and rice for years. You can turn around your financial situation and create the life of your dreams by focusing on the positive and accruing wealth, instead of focusing on debt and lack.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success to me, is making improvements. Finding gratitude in your current circumstances no matter where you are at. The journey that you go on towards your goals, finding the wins and making gradual improvements. That is a success. It’s not overnight; it’s a process.
