Today we’d like to introduce you to Jodi Woods.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Jodi. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I started my brand in my mom’s prayer room. I was praying to ask God what is my purpose and what can I do to be great so that my kids would never have to work for nobody. As I was praying, I came up with 3D’s then. One day, my sister said “it’s missing something”; so I came up with the 4Ds and started looking up shapes to create my brand and that’s how I came up with the brand. Moreover, Habakkuk 2:2-3 says, “write the vision and make it plain.” In my mom’s prayer room, I have a vision board I write down every goal I want to accomplish and pray over it.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Creating 4D’s has been a rocky road because there have been days I wanted to give up due to my finances. But I prayed through it all and I released my brand on my 21st birthday to get individuals inspired and engaged on what all my brand will consist of and what made me start this brand and through it all God had my hand through my rocky journey.

I’m a Personal trainer/ Sports nutritionist and 4D’s consist of Personal training, Nutritional coaching/classes, meal preps, Active/Athletic wear for babies, toddlers, teenagers, women& men, also workout accessories, Smoothies & Electrolyte Sports drinks. What sets my brand apart from others is because I involve God in my brand and 4D’s is not just a brand; it is a daily lifestyle to let help others be motivated. My slogan is “Lion Mentality”, lions lead their own pack they are leaders. Lions are Desired, Disciplined, Dedicated& Determined for their prey knowing they have to feed their family.
