Today we’d like to introduce you to Brandice Bell.
Brandice, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I developed a love for Hair and beauty at a young age. I never wanted to be a hairstylist or makeup artist but enjoyed doing my own makeup and hair and some family and friends. I have spent years working for beauty schools where this loved increased. One day it just clicked while talking to a good friend of mine. I realized that I could be a part of the beauty industry without being a Hairstylist or MUA. I felt the hair industry lacked A luxury brand that provides not only high quality luxury hair and products, but also an overall luxury experience.
That’s when I came up with B. Luxx Brand. B. Luxx Brand is a luxury hair company that I founded in January of 2020. At B. Luxx Brand we offer three different collections of hair, as well as Frontals and Closures. We also offer fully custom wigs as well. Our collections include Brazilian, Blonde and Raw Indian and Cambodian hair. The Raw collection includes One donor hair with multiple different textures to choose from. At B. Luxx we offer affordable luxury hair to meet any budget. The B. Luxx luxury experience includes great products, stellar customer service, and quick order processing and shipping. At B.Luxx we go above and beyond industry standard! Trust that our products speak for themselves.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Starting in this industry has definitely been a challenge. One of my biggest challenges has to be not being able to create content for marketing due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. Some struggles that I experienced at first was finding a good vendor with quality hair. I went through two before finding three that I really trust and use. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to start a hair business to do your research and don’t rely on one vendor for everything. I also spent more money then I originally thought I would need with giveaways, marketing, website as well as online promotions. I think the biggest challenge is that my competition is well established and has on site locations as well. B. Luxx Brand will definitely have a store front in the near future as of right now we operate solely online. I am up for the challenge and I am a strong believer in hard work pays off. I am excited to see what the future brings.

B. Luxx Brand is a luxury online hair retailer. We service all 50 states. We provide luxury Raw Indian, Cambodian and Virgin Hair extensions. We offer custom wig construction as well. What makes me proud about B. Luxx Brand is how I am able to watch my dream become a reality. All the hard work is showing not only in sales but supporters. I am so thankful to have the great people around me who believe in my dreams. At B. Luxx Brand we strive for excellence. Our customer service I think sets apart. We want every customer to feel like they didn’t buy something from a stranger but someone who cares about their brand and how their customer looks and feels when wearing our hair.
Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My favorite memory as a child would have to be coming to Dallas for the first time for spring break one summer and going to six flags and all the other cool places my aunt would take us to. I knew then I did not want to live in Arkansas anymore lol. Fast forward to six years later. I have now been a resident for well over thirteen years. I love Dallas and everything about it.
