I started singing at the young age of 4/5 years old in the church house, onto elementary talent shows that continuously followed me throughout the rest of my following years of schooling.
I continued to pursue my career/dream in music after graduating from Dunbar High School, also picking up the art of hip hop in the process… from joining my first group of collective individuals to being my own solo artist’.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
No, the road has been filled with complications, from leaving another close group to having to start all over. The biggest struggle was finding myself in my music as opposed to being what others felt like was needed to become a star and look like a star.
Can you give our readers some background on your music?
I wouldn’t just call it a company but a music venture as a solo artist. I specialize in pouring into people through my songs and my story, which is what sets me apart from the average female artist… I speak on things most fail to touch topic towards.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
Nothing, everything I encounter is necessary.
