Meet Brittney Adams of Focus & Frame Eyewear in Little Elm

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brittney Adams.

Brittney, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
As a long time wearer of both prescriptive and non-prescriptive eyewear, I would have never thought I would start an eyewear company. You may ask, “well… why did you decide to start an eyewear company?” As much as I would like to take the credit for it, I cannot. I can truly say God planted this seed in me literally out of nowhere. He made this dream a goal in a way that was undeniable. I had no choice but to water the seed and watch all the amazing things flourish.

In creating Focus & Frame Eyewear, I wanted to curate a custom selection of quality frames that captures culture, confidence, and creativity. A selection that could highlight every aspect of who we are. Having the opportunity to provide a product that can cater to our style and also improve our health by way of vision is a winning scenario. I made it a point to heavily research the industry, partner with Optometrists and Opticians to provide top tier lenses for our prescription fulfillment, and source quality made frames. My goal is to provide a variety of frame options that will share a different part of your story and foster better health frame by frame.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
I would say the road has been very intentional. Wherever obstacles may have presented itself, a path was always cleared. I definitely have been a witness in seeing that whatever is needed to get accomplished could very much so be done with God leading the way. I am a genuine believer that faith without works is dead. I have faith in God and I work hard every step of the way. Struggles only build character in purposeful situations.

I am most proud of our product selection. I really took the time to capture the essence of the characters embedded in our culture. Our frames are competitively priced and we offer high-grade digital lenses for our prescription orders. What sets us apart is our attention to care and detail. We work hard to make sure our customers are satisfied with their end product and customer service experience. We walk customers through the buying process and offer various aids in helping them understand their prescriptions and in choosing their perfect frame and lens combination.

We sell affordable and stylish prescription and non-prescription frames online. Our collection includes men, women, and children’s frames. We accept HSA and FSA. We are also eligible for insurance reimbursement if customers do not have an HSA or FSA credit card.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
Moving forward, I want to continue to expand our product offerings and services among more things to be revealed over time.
