Today we’d like to introduce you to Irene Cruz.
Irene, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
My name Irene Cruz, I came to this country with all the desire to want to improve myself and with many dreams, just as many people do when they move to another country that is not theirs. In the course of the years, many obstacles have crossed me. However, I never let my guard down to continue forward, one of them was the language but even so it was not an impediment for me to continue fighting and not to stop persisting.
Now, today I am Lifecoach, where my main purpose is to accompany people to want to fight for their dreams and make them come true, to tell people that dreams cannot only remain as “dreams.” I realized that helping others filled me with enthusiasm and happiness.
I want to tell people that if you can have the life you want, it’s just deciding when? I invite you to reflect on your life and clarify and analyze what do you want in your life?
I have come across people who give up easily or who suffer from depression due to so much emotional burden that their lives cause them to limit themselves to what they want. I could accompany you in changing all areas of your life to improve it, as long as you have the own tablet of wanting to do it. Also, I would like to mention that I am in the process of a certification of family and couples coach who are in trouble and to be able to support them with a solution.
Likewise, I have not stopped fighting for what I have wanted and I am also certified in nutrition for the well-being of health where I realized that not only the emotional is important but the body is fundamental, having it healthy is of the utmost importance to be able to realize your goals in life!
To finish, I would like to mention that my book in Spanish with the title “Renew your power” is about to be for sale, which you can get on Amazon very soon and has the objective of empowering your Being so that you have the potential to achieve your dreams where in my book I tell you how and I give you coaching tools to put them into practice. I live day by day, enjoying every goal that I set myself and it is to help you!
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Yes, it was difficult because I did not understand English, I did not know how to drive and I did not know money.
