Today we’d like to introduce you to Samy Pachigalla.
Samy, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I started clicking pictures to my friends in college and a couple of pictures went viral on social networks back in 2010. Few producers reached out to those friends and gave them movie offers and they made it big in Industry. And then I made a good name through which people started hiring me. Later I moved to the US in 2013 and found myself a job, worked as a Business Analyst and continued photography as part-time in the weekends. After a good number of opportunities in photography, I quit my job and did this full-time. And now I travel all over America to shoot.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Getting gigs was not easy for me as I moved here from India. It was like starting all over again and was hard and it took me years to where I am right now.

Sweet Emulsion is specialized mainly in shooting weddings (Indian Weddings), corporate parties and events. I’m proud that we are able to render our services to our community not just here in the Dallas Fort Worth area but all over America. The competitive prices that we offer and our editing/post-processing style is what sets us apart from others.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
Proudest moment is when a few of my friends got movie offers through the pictures I clicked and few friends actually started their modeling carrier after I shot their pictures. That made me really proud of myself.
