So, before we jump into specific questions, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I am an Author and I started my writing journey back in high school, but didn’t pick it back up until earlier this year. I started writing my book in January and finished in March. Writing has always been an outlet for me to release my emotions and have a healthy way to deal with stress.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
No, it has not been a smooth road. Dealing with systemic issues and racism in the workplace is not easy. However, my faith has kept me steadfast when I could have easily crumbled.

I am an Author and super passionate about Equality, Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity. I specialize in telling my story and getting others to step outside of their comfort zone. I want people to ignite their passion and fuel their purpose.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
Not waste seven years at a company that kept me jumping through hoops and hurdles. It has been a lot of lessons learned and it helped me become the woman I am today.
