Hello! Thank you for visiting Texas Leather Concepts! I’m a native of Dallas, TX. I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking and helping others. After working in the healthcare industry for over 20 years, I decided that it was time for a change. I wanted to focus on something that I was passionate about and that would help people in some way. Being taught to always accentuate the positive, I wanted to help people feel good about themselves. What better way can you do that than by helping someone to enhance their natural beauty? Hence, Twinkle Blinks and Texas Leather Concepts were born!
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It hasn’t been extremely smooth but I appreciate all the obstacles, it builds your character and makes you who you are.

TLC is a locally owned small business located in Lancaster, Texas. Our handcrafted leather goods are one of a kind and not mass-produced. We have sought out some of the most unique leather pieces made by the best artisans.
In preparing our handcrafted jewels, a traditional method of leather curing and tanning is used. The detailed hand-tooled work is simply amazing, by each piece being handcrafted, there is room for imperfections that gives each piece its own character.
What were you like growing up?
I’ve always been very upbeat and genuinely love people. Growing up, my grandmother would say, I was always into something. Being inquisitive, I think, has opened a lot of doors.
