Hi Charles, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Hello I am Charles Hooks III. I was Born and Raised in Dallas, Texas in the Oak Cliff area. I started in 2011 catering for my job, family reunions, and Parties. I love grilling and cooking it has become one of my favorite hobbies. Both of My grandmothers and my wife (Monteshia Hooks) always told me cooking was my calling and I should go ahead and make it official to get my own business. My vision has unfold. Now my wife and I are the owners of Turkey Leg Shack and it has been nothing but blessings. I plan to expand in the future in different states. We value our customers and relationships so we will continue to give A-1 customer service. I just want to say to that person who think its not possible, go ahead and step out on faith and live your dream. I’m a living witness so just do it believe in yourself.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Yes, we have had very good success.

I went full time last month it was a big risk but trusting in the Lord he will supply my needs.
