Hi Briana, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start, maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I’ve always wanted to be my own boss so with my bright, outgoing attitude and me always having a passion for Beauty. I figured eyelashes and lipgloss was the best thing I could sell to compliment a woman’s appearance. These are the two main things that women like to wear just to feel naturally beautiful. Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not been smooth getting to where I am, and I still need to get further than where I am. Trying to get the community to notice you & respect your hustle can be a hassle. Matter-of-fact at first, I was only selling lashes and beauty bags. Beauty bags were something like a little make-up bag, and I would provide at least ten items in the bag which I liked to call it “Beauty On The Go.” Unfortunately, the bags weren’t selling as I thought they would, so that’s when I switched over to just providing eyelashes and lipgloss.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am an entrepreneur of many talents. Not only do I make my own products and promote everything myself. I am also a writer/poet. One thing I am most proud of is having a book out on Amazon called “KiLLA”, by Briana Pass. I also write short stories online. How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
I am always looking for other bosses, young or wise and just as motivated as me. I’m willing to be invested if there’s anyone out all over the world knowing that they can help me bring my company to another level. I am willing to do that.
