Today we’d like to introduce you to Linda Awad.
Hi Linda, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
First I started off in 2003 as a loan officer in the real estate industry. When the market took a turn in 2009, I quickly understood that the love for doing loans on that side of the market was not something that I was happy doing. In the meantime, for a few years, I was a stay-at-home mom and raised four beautiful girls. I quickly knew that I had more purpose in life and I always knew that I loved Real estate, I got my license and I quickly became the top 25 I have my office out of 400 agents. With a support system and mentorship I am adjusting on a day to day basis of what my business is going to shape and look like. I am so excited for what the future brings to the real estate world. I enjoy the connection with my clients and as they become so near and dear to me I have also grown my business from a lot of family and friends. I am honored to be in the business as it’s very difficult and you feel like it takes up your personal life. It’s what I love and I can’t ever feel like I am working in this business.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
My challenges in real estate are giving up my weekends and also feeling I don’t have a well-managed schedule for my personal life. The truth of being a real estate agent is there are a number of moving parts in your career and the challenges can be hard to overcome.

As your professional real estate advisor, I focus on client satisfaction. My business is about service and I am not happy until you are happy. My years in the business have provided me the experience to assist you with nearly every real estate need. I will research new properties on the market until I find homes that fit your lifestyle. I genuinely care about your housing needs and your experience with me. I believe in honesty and integrity should always come first in any business dealings. I will listen to your needs and establish our goals and objectives. We will work as a team to meet the goals and you will continually be in the loop during the entire process. In this fast-paced market, I believe communication is the key in meeting our goals and building our relationships.
