Meet Stephanie Smith, REALTOR® of The Lifestyle Investor

Today we’d like to introduce you to Stephanie Smith, REALTOR®.

Hi Stephanie, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My interest in real estate began at an early age without me fully knowing it. As a young girl growing up in North Las Vegas, NV, my curiosity about real estate was fueled by a longing to have a permanent place to call ‘Home.’ I grew up in a single-parent household where moving from place to place was normal. My dream as a child was to have a home, and I wanted to ensure that I would be the one to provide that for not just myself but my future family.

I began immersing myself in the real estate industry in my early 20’s, after the economic recession. I became very intrigued by the impact that the recession had on the Las Vegas real estate market. Las Vegas was one of the hardest-hit cities from an economic standpoint. I also began to learn about developmental real estate and construction. This laid the foundation for what would soon be a promising career for me.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The road to success is ongoing and has been anything but smooth. I have experienced self-doubt, imposter syndrome, multiple rebrands of my business, and everything in between. But the only thing that has sustained me was my drive, perseverance and consistency to reach success. I overcame adversity and got back up more times than I’ve been knocked down. I truly believe this is the key to success. Keep pushing toward the goal despite the naysayers, lack of support, and lack of opportunities.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Stephanie “The Lifestyle Investor” Smith represents all things real estate.

I promote homeownership and provide real estate investing tips in building generational wealth. My mission is to help people find the home of their dreams and help them create their dream life by investing in their future through real estate. This is how my brand, The Lifestyle Investor, was born.

As a REALTOR® and Real Estate Investor, I’m here to be an advocate, an interpreter, and a voice of reason through every step of the home buying or selling process. I also strive to help people who have fallen on hard times find flexible (and sometimes unconventional) options to either save their homes or develop solutions in their best financial interest. I know what it feels like to be displaced or lack financial resources, so I love finding creative solutions for others who might find themselves in this position.

My services span across all 50 U.S. states, even though I am based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. My exclusive network of elite real estate professionals allows me to serve anyone, anywhere, at any time.

I deploy what’s called my ‘Triple E Guarantee’ when working with my clients. I believe it is my duty to Empower, Educate and Elevate those who seek my services. So, I don’t sell real estate…I leverage the power of real estate to shift their mindset. Ultimately, it’s all about empowerment, and that’s what sets me apart from others.

I want everyone to know how easy it is to become a Lifestyle Investor. In fact, most people may already be a Lifestyle Investor if they’re passionate about these four things:

– Investing in the lifestyle of your dreams
– Having more time to spend your life how and where you want
– Improving your quality of life
– Giving more back to those around you

I want people to know that no matter what restrictions they might have, like family, work, or income, financial freedom is highly achievable, even if they are taught to believe otherwise. With the right support and resources, anyone can achieve their financial and lifestyle goals.

I also want people to know that I stress a strong dedication to the community and the causes that are nearest to my heart. Like so many others, I am a Lupus Warrior who struggles with this mysterious disease every day. That’s why I donate a portion of every real estate transaction to the Lupus Foundation of America to further research on this unpredictable disease.

Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
To inspiring and new real estate professionals: It is crucial to implement a digital marketing strategy and avoid relying on your sphere of influence alone to sustain your career. Social media and digital marketing is a powerful tool that can automate your business and provide consistent leads if used correctly. Relying on referrals from people you know will set your business up for failure.

I will also stress that no two days in real estate are the same, and no two transactions are the same.

Your network is your net worth. Don’t be afraid to connect with other real estate professionals. Build your network and find a support system.
