Check Out Chris Wylie’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Chris Wylie.

Hi Chris, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start, maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Started in 2014 to inspire and motivate people to idolize their potential and individuality. We started with basic Screen printed t-shirts and eventually grew into a mixture of screen printing a cut & sew made in South Central LA. We set up shop in Dallas a few years ago and immediately knew we were here to stay.

We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Definitely not a smooth road! The biggest struggle was production and finding people that could execute on the ideas you have. Another struggle was keeping your mental right when your building a business. Sometimes it’s hard to stay focused and stay positive when you get obstacle after obstacle.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Primarily men’s fashion but also invests in other businesses, real estate, etc. I started doing music and engineering then lead into photography, then into fashion. I think I most known for Idolize and photography. I’m most proud of the amount of people I’ve been able to help and positively impact through my journey. What sets me apart is discipline and work ethic.

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I don’t really believe in luck. I’m a firm believer that the harder I work, the luckier I get.
