Hi Donesha, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Hello out there! I’ve been on a rapid journey of self-actualization, and it’s been a painfully beautiful period of growth, alignment, strength, courage, and self-reflection. I started my journey as a kid, the only child of my beautiful mother. I remember my mom showing me the power of affirmation. She had a goal of owning a home, and she did it! My mom made sure to take me along on her journey of building a house from the ground up. I remember the feeling of selecting upgraded finishes, paint color, flooring, and appliances. I felt like a kid in a candy store, and this experience became the catalyst for my future in Real Estate and financial planning.
I decided that, after being accepted into McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, that I would major in Finance. I studied the Finance Real Estate track and became exposed to residential and commercial real estate, real estate law, and other subjects. I interned with Habitat Hunters, owned by a lovely hard-working woman. This brief experience was eye-opening as I’d never seen a woman-owned business.
These experiences broke boundaries within my internal measure of impact I could have in this world. I’ve found my gift of teaching and passion for ownership and Real Estate, and now, I, Donesha Bell, own Chakra Wealth LLC. We are a community-based company dedicated to educating and promoting honest and profitable strategies while becoming your best ALIGNED self.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Entrepreneurship is challenging within itself. It requires a ton of sacrifice but only a seed of faith. My goal is to find joy in the families I’ve supported. This joy becomes the fuel to fight through the scars of being a small business owner. Overall, my work brings me joy. So, because I can connect my life and work together, I welcome the bumpy ride.

Chakra Wealth is in the business of building financial confidence. New and trendy, we’ve been successfully coaching clients throughout the Dallas – Fort Worth area. We specialize in residential real estate, property management, short-term rental arbitrage, mobile notary services, and financial planning services. We aim to introduce clarity while promoting your self-motivation to accomplish goals. We also teach techniques that better manage the emotional stress of everyday life. It’s all about alignment.
So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
Value matters most to me. I want the clients I encounter to have tangible elements of value gained from their experience while working with me. As an educator for almost a decade, fulfillments gained when I evaluate the level of growth an individual had before encountering me versus when they leave.
