Today we’d like to introduce you to Candace Larkin.
Candace, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My husband and I began investing in real estate in 2011. As our investments began to grow, we decided to get our real estate license so we could help others pursue their personal homeownership goals. We have been REALTORS® since June of 2015 and we have thoroughly enjoyed every opportunity to help our clients over the years. As agents of the Martin Realty Group, we are excited to work with a fantastic brokerage with a long list of amazing agents who are all bent on helping people achieve their real estate dreams.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
COVID-19 has been a challenge as we have had to change how we interact with others in person, but we have been able to adapt quickly to constantly changing conditions and we’ve continued to work hard for our clients throughout the entire pandemic.

Earnie and Candace are long-time Fort Worth residents with a passionate pursuit to exceed the needs of their clients. As a husband and wife REALTOR® team, they’re able to offer two unique perspectives. Earnie has over twenty years of experience in customer service and executive level management which provides him the opportunity to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a personable experience with everyone he works with. Candace also has an extensive background in customer service and hospitality. She has also successfully managed multiple projects which require a high level of detail and diligence. Her clients love her caring attitude, her sense of urgency, and her willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure they are 100% satisfied whether they are buying, selling, or leasing.
The Larkins have four kids in varying life stages and they keep things busy for the married couple. In between all the family activities, Earnie and Candace are actively involved in their community by serving regularly at their church and other non-profits throughout Tarrant County.
We love surprises, fun facts and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
Earnie and I met each other in Texas, but we’re both from Wichita, KS. Our firstborn was also born in Wichita, KS even though we lived in Fort Worth at the time. Also, our middle names only have one difference between them which is the first letter. Rene and Gene. I’ll let you figure out which one belongs to who!
