Daily Inspiration: Meet Breanna Bryant

Today we’d like to introduce you to Breanna Bryant.

Hi Breanna, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I am New Orleans born & raised. Dallas has been my home for the last 17 years. At the time I decided to get my real estate license, I had over ten years of mortgage experience as a former Business Analyst & Underwriter. As I spoke with friends and associates who were now at that crossroad in their lives where they were ready to become homeowners, what I noticed was a common theme amongst them. Lack of information and someone who truly cared about helping them attain their dream home.My genuine love of connecting with & helping others made the transition to real estate agent an easy decision.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
One of the biggest misconceptions in the real estate industry is that it’s “easy”. It’s absolutely not! People think real estate agents just unlock doors, post pretty pictures and stick signs in the yard. It’s a lot of late nights. A lot of missed family time. It’s also very emotional. I’ve worked on every “vacation” I’ve taken. The best feeling is handing the keys over to that person who thought homeownership for them wasn’t possible. That’s the fuel. That’s what makes it all worth it to me.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
My role as your Realtor is to guide you through the entire buying or selling process, taking the time to make sure you understand every step of one of the biggest moments in your life.

I tell my clients, “I know that you’re buying/selling this house but, this is our home until you sign on the dotted line.”

“Even after, you’re stuck with me. In a good way! ”

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
I think I’ve been successful because I give it to you straight. All the cards are on the table. I’m obviously not going to be for everyone. Those who I am for, I’m going to work my butt off and give them everything I have. I also never assume. I’m never afraid to ask. All a person can say is yes or no. Most times you’ll have to tell me no twice! (Laughs)
