Hi LaQueta, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I am the Founder and Chief Executive Creative (CEC) of Faith Glows. I have always dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur, but my comfort zone caused me to delay the manifestation. I have an energetic servant spirit for the Kingdom of God. My desire is to exemplify God’s love while inspiring and encouraging people. I believe that an individual’s breakthrough could be on display through a positive message on one of our products. My daily goal is to allow my faith to glow while motivating people, promoting positivity, and displaying integrity to everyone who crosses my path. Therefore, I knew a t-shirt business would be an amazing business to launch to share my positive vibes with the world.
Faith Glows was established in June 2017 after attending a faith-based Christian conference in Houston, Texas. During that conference, the speaker told the audience to step out on faith for anything that we wanted God to do in our lives. I wrote down “entrepreneurship” and after praying about the name, God gave me “Faith Glows” within minutes. God gets all the glory for everything I do, including my businesses. Fast forward to 2020, I was finally ready to walk in my passion, purpose, and perseverance. Faith Glows was officially launched on August 1, 2020.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
With any road you will encounter curves, bumps, detours, bruises, and dead ends. I have faced good and bad days, but my good days always outweigh the bad. Entrepreneurship has been a learning experience for me; however, my resilience has been a key factor for bouncing back from setbacks. With every setback, there is always a major comeback in Jesus name. God has placed several coaches in my life who are willing to coach me with my businesses. Entrepreneurship keeps me busy with virtual meetings, production, shipping, marketing, creating social media content, one on one coaching sessions, group coaching sessions, speaking engagements, managing my team, etc. I am thankful and blessed for my amazing team because without them things would be very challenging at Faith Glows.

Faith Glows is a print on demand customized apparel business for individuals and business owners. We specialize in Direct to Garment (DTG), Embroidery, Vinyl, and Sublimation. We focus on offering bold & inspiring messages on our products offered in our online store. At Faith Glows, we are about more than t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, and bags. We are about everything that you love and enjoy. We focus on offering customized products and strive to uphold creativity, quality, and second to none service on all orders. We believe that a customized apparel can make you feel good and inspire you at the same time.

In addition to being the CEC of Faith Glows, I am the owner of Faithful Activewear Boutique – an online activewear boutique. Also, I am the Founder and Owner of Faithful Coaching Solutions where I am a Certified Life Coach. I am so glad God moved me out of my comfort zone when He did and elevated me to entrepreneurship. Becoming an entrepreneur, has been one of my greatest accomplishments and I do not regret anything about it. My desire is coach others on how to manifest their visions and dreams. I am most proud of the long-lasting business relationships and friendships that I have gained as an entrepreneur.
Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
Faith and patience has played a major role in my life and with my businesses. I have faced challenges, but through it all God worked everything out for my good. My motto is “Trust the Process” in spite of what it looks like. The focal scripture for Faith Glows is: “And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.” Romans 8:28 (NLT). I have that scripture memorized because it speaks to me when I am faced with challenges. I know without doubt that anything is possible God!
