Hi Tia, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
We started TrinketsbyT93 in July 2020 just making keychains. We then grew into making jewelry and little keepsakes. In January 2021 we started customizing shirts and we just grew from there. We now customize shirts for every occasion, We offer packages for large groups and organizations.
We wanted TrinketsbyT93 to be more than just a little shop we want it to be your one-stop shop. We can customize just about anything. Our story is simple We just want our little garage shop to one day be a household name with major companies. so they can tell other brands and companies “We got our gear from Trinkets”.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been easy, We actually closed for a month to rebrand and figure out what was next for us as a company, From December 2020 to January 2021 it was hard for us because we were growing from doing jewelry and things most crafting stores do for the holidays. Trying to figure out what was next for us. How we could stand out, How are we going to stand out from the next small business. So we caught a sale on a heat press and taught ourselves to customize shirts and it was our greatest switchover ever. So now were always teaching ourselves graphic Design and little tricks to make our products better.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
We specialize in Design. Were most proud of being self taught and coming from nothing to something we can call our own. I think what sets us apart from others is we Work with our customers and try and make it easy to get what they want in design form so that everyone is happy.
What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
The most important lesson we have learned is to trust your talents. If you ask us to do something and we’re not too sure, We will do our homework and after many practices, we will let you know if we are able to help you with your project or not. We don’t just jump into things with no knowledge of how to do it.
