Community Highlights: Meet Robert Greening of GreeningLaw

Today we’d like to introduce you to Robert Greening

Hi Robert, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I worked for 3 years after undergraduate school in different sales roles. I wasn’t personally fulfilled in those roles. So, I decided to go to law school because I wanted to help people and make a difference in their lives. I was happy to learn that a law degree is a powerful tool to be used to help people. I also learned that the U.S. Civil Justice System is an important vehicle to help people, but also to promote corporate change to prevent injuries and save lives. During my career, I have fulfilled my original goal of helping many people and making a real difference in their lives. Our firm specializes in helping people that are injured or families that have lost a loved one due to the negligence of others. We represent people injured or killed due to commercial trucking accidents, construction accidents, car accidents, medical, pharmacy, and nursing home malpractice, dangerous products, and medical devices, sexual abuse, and premises liability incidents. We also work on select mass tort litigations. Our firm’s mission is to help our clients fight their legal battles so they will have time for healing and renewal.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
There are struggles every day fighting for our clients against individual and corporate wrongdoers that have armies of lawyers against us. We are up for the challenge.

We’ve been impressed with GreeningLaw PC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

That means that we do not get paid unless we recover money for our clients.

What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
The most important lesson from a business standpoint that I have learned along the way is to lead your work team with conviction, meeting them where they are in their lives. This means listening to them, loving on them, treating them the way you would want to be treated, and being an example to them. If you do these things, you will help them to be the best people they can be and build the best team ever.
