Today we’d like to introduce you to Ace Culture.
Hi Ace, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Many long sleepless nights, a lot of days giving blood sweat, and tears, I was made to be here.
From as long as I could remember I’ve been on stage or performing, whether it be the pageants I modeled in (and won most times I might add) at the age of 2. To, performing in rap routines at the same age while my cousin would practice his scratch routines (He was a B-Boy) or performing countless amount of original songs or speeches in front of the church…. I was made for this.
I was groomed to be an artist from being one of the last artist to go through industry-level artist development as a kid, Raised in the business. Been signed, lost deals got out of bad deals the whole 9. But I love this game, the dance with my lady, Music.
After taking a break and returning under a new brand as AceCulture. I feel fresh and refreshed and that’s refreshing. All I’ve done is record. So, I’m here today just right after releasing my new album “King Culture”. A 15-song album giving my fans a smooth, easy, calm listen, as well as give some insight on where I’ve been.
I’m just extremely excited to be here and grateful for the opportunity… to be able to compete again and back in my spot
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The road I’ve traveled hasn’t been easy at all. It’s a constant grind. Considering I’m a family-first guy, the hardest struggles for me are the sacrifices there. The time away, missing things, events just being busy. It’s stressful, chasing a passion, a goal, takes so much. I have so many other struggles but balancing this one cost me the most sleep
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m a recording artist, known for my delivery, lyrical ability, and stage performances. These are things I’ve heard over the years so it’s people’s opinion not mine lol… my list would be different!
I’m most proud of the fact just to be back dancing with music. At some point along the way, we grew apart and my focus went elsewhere. So, I’m proud I was able to get back to myself cause it shows a lot about me to myself, my biggest critic.
We as people all walk different paths in life. These walks 100% of the time provide an experience generated from your point of view. I have so many stories to tell and so many things I plan to learn, which in turn would provide more experiences. So, my path, my life, which are displayed throughout my music, are the things that make me different from other artist.
What are your plans for the future?
Well, I can’t give you too much insight on my plans but I can say I look to consistently release music, visuals, and present my acting abilities to the world VERY SOON!
December, I plan on having a fan appreciation show, just to spend some
time with my fans and thank them for all the support this quarter and the love and patience with me over the years.
