Hi Tyra, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers?
I started by getting cavitation services myself from a friend who was also starting out. Jaesculpt did such a good job that when she offered training classes I signed up immediately. Once I was certified, I began getting supplies and practiced on all of friends. Once I got comfortable, I made my social media handles and paid for promotions. I also contacted Groupon and retained my services on there. I started out in my home, I converted my 3rd bedroom into my workspace, and slowly entered into a suite. We are growing slowly but surely!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Definitely not! Getting equipment and customers are not easy. Building a business, in general, is hard. There is marketing, I literally post to my social media 8x a day. The equipment is surely not cheap. Also gaining customers’ trust is not easy because they are looking for results and you must deliver.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Serene Home Recovery?
I own a body sculpting spa. We specialize in several services including ultrasonic cavitation, wood therapy, radiofrequency skin tightening, laser lipo, and infrared sauna blankets. We are mainly known for our cavitation services, sauna blankets, and wood therapy. What sets us apart from others are our results and customer service. We guarantee results and will get you in and out in a timely manner. We are currently working on perfecting a gut slimming detox that we will offer at the top of the year. Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
My advice would be to start! No matter how much money you have, limited space, it does not matter. I did not receive any business loans when I started. I also still work my regular job to continue to fund my business. You are not alone! What I wish I knew before starting out was the amount of support from strangers that I would receive. You really do not realize how many eyes are on you until you see comments, reviews, or repost.
