Today we’d like to introduce you to Timothy Green-White.
Hi Timothy, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
At a young age, I was involved in multiple sports from golf to basketball. After a 4-inch growth spurt before the age of 15, basketball became my primary sport. I had an amazing high school career at Raleigh Egypt High School in Memphis, TN, where we finished as the State Runner-up Champions my senior year. I continued this journey at Itawamba Community College in Fulton, MS. We finished as Regional Champions and participated in the National Junco Tournament Elite 8. From there, I attended the University of Missouri-St. Louis where I led the team in scoring as a Junior. Sports has always been a motivating force in my life, but it has not been the only motivating force.
Academics and Finances were also areas of focus. These areas were so important to me personally, that following my senior year. I declined the opportunity to further my basketball career to finish my Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Accounting.
The return of investment on this decision brought forth 8+ career years with BlueCross BlueShield of Texas. Where I found a new motivation through the Healthcare leading corporate initiatives. During my 8+ years, I’ve been recognized for my efforts as Blue Elite Award Winner.
To find the balance between work and life, I continue my healthy workout regimen. After consistent pressure from friends, the summer of 2016 I hosted my first boot camp. Boot Camps were held at Vitruvian Park in Addison for free for two years. In 2019, the success of my boot camp brought the opportunity for personal training. In 2020, the success of both boot camp and personal training created another opportunity to offered two boot camps back-to-back at 7 :00 and 9 AM. These boot camps sold out consecutive weekends. However, I had a personal setback, I raptured my Achilles during a recreational basketball event.
But the Lord was not done me with yet. This brought on an opportunity to bring more awareness to the importance of Credit/Finances and self-motivation. On August 10, 2020, I posted my first motivational video on Instagram (@greenwaythebrand_). The series titled #MondayMotive and the first topic was “Investing.”
August 2020 also brought the opportunity to accept my first pair of Credit Repair clients. The first client Credit Score has increased over 150 points as of October 2021. Not only has his Credit Score increase, but the knowledge delivered to clients can be passed down for generations.
These journeys have prepared me for the business endeavors ahead in 2022. “Iconic Performance Lab” (IG: @iconicperformancelab) will meet all your fitness needs. Partners Brett Bowers, Blake Chaney, and myself have formed a partnership to bring this dream to life. This facility will not only offer the fitness equipment required to accomplish any goals. This state-of-the-art facility will also have recovery equipment and masseuse access. On your way out, do not forget to grab a smoothie! Yes, this facility will have a Smooth Bar powered by partner Rob.
“TGW Credit Consulting” (IG: tgw.creditconsulting) will offer Credit Repair services and knowledgeable webinars. Partner Kris William and myself have a combined 20+ years of experience of knowledge. This knowledge in conjunction with procedures in place are the resources necessary to bring positive results.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My Father Timothy J. White once said “nothing in life will be easy but if you’re willing to work hard, it will be worth it.” So no, this road has not been smooth. Yet, every bump in the road has taught me a lesson; which in return has prepared me for success.
Some struggles along the way were time management. There are only 24 hrs. in a day, and I can account for all 24 hours. In both my professional and personal life, I balance the work and opportunities by creating tasks and prioritizing the list daily. Although not everything gets complete daily, but it provides a look into what tomorrow can bring me.

GreenWay Fitness offers fitness training for all levels. At Greenway, we specializing in weight loss/muscle building, semi-private training (2-5 clients per session) boot camps are available Saturday mornings, and private training, which consist of one-on-one workouts specialized to the focus areas.
GreenWay Fitness is establishing itself by affiliating with Iconic Performance Lab. The gym will be located in the heart of Addison, 4801 Spring Valley Rd. Suite 116 Dallas, TX 75244. Offering a Smoothie Bar and Recovery lounge equipped to meet rehab needs. Iconic Performance Lab is more than a gym, we want to offer an experience, so we have extended services such as massage / stretching therapy to high-level memberships.

Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
Luck rather good or bad are all lessons that were well learned. The bad luck during my business endeavors have taught me a lot of patience,
During the construction build-out of the gym, we ran into a number of obstacles which were out of our control. Instead of hanging onto the negative, our focus then geared toward the positivity we were seeing in other aspect of building a gym. For example, the relationships we were developing. We all know it takes a village to raise a child, we mirror the same words. It takes a village to open a business. Our ultimate goal is to grow and cultivate the community that surround us.
